R2R Wellbeing Centre
The R2R Wellbeing Centre is a contemporary, serene and tranquil space; with soothing colours, greenery and a quiet space to sip tea and read a book.
As you come through the doors you are welcomed by our friendly staff, a bright reception area with seating and a very inviting coffee shop.
The centre has a large hall/room seating around 75 people as well as a fitness studio. There is a quiet/prayer/meditation room, small kitchen and wash facilities.
The centre is ideal for workshops, meetings, private functions and events. So please arrange a visit and make the most of our hiring facilities and services.

At Revert2Reality, we recognise that mental health is a crucial component of overall well-being and can fluctuate daily. When you’re not feeling your best, taking steps to improve your mental health can seem challenging. However, small actions in your daily life can significantly enhance your well-being. Mental Health Workshops
Our Mental Health Awareness Workshops aim to broaden the understanding of mental health issues within the Muslim community. By participating, you will:

- Relate to people’s experiences and challenges.
- Learn how to support individuals with mental health issues.
- Look after your own mental health and well-being.
Women’s Support Group
We provide a safe and supportive space for Muslim women to share their worries and struggles. Cultural barriers and taboos often prevent women from seeking help, leading to isolation. At the R2R Wellbeing Centre, we empower women by giving them a voice and helping them understand their rights. Our support groups are facilitated by counsellors and professionals who offer advice and a listening ear. Areas of focus include:

Counselling Surgery
We offer confidential counselling services, including individual and couples therapy, support groups for men and women, and long-term psychotherapy in a safe environment. Sessions can be conducted face-to-face, over the phone, or via Skype. You can discuss anything important to you, whether it’s work-related stress, anxiety, faith-related concerns, depression, or personal issues you wish to unpack and understand.

Creative Therapy
Creative therapy offers expressive and creative techniques as an alternative to traditional talk therapies, helping individuals find forms of expression beyond words. This approach can be constructive when discussing difficult or painful experiences, as it allows an image or creation to “speak” for you. Our creative therapy sessions include:

Welcome to our Japanese-themed fitness studio—a serene and calming space with soft grey tones, light wood accents, and lush greenery. Designed as a safe space for women, our classes provide an uplifting atmosphere filled with positive energy to keep you motivated.
